Dr T V Rao is currently Chairman, of T V Rao Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd. & Adjunct Pro- fessor, IIMA. He was Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad for over 20 years . Dr. Rao is the Founder President of the National HRD Network and Academy of Human Resources Development and was President of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science (ISABS). Dr. Rao worked as a short-term consultant to UNESCO, Ministry of Health, Indonesia, National Entrepreneurial Development Association, Malaysia and the Commonwealth Secretariat, London. Dr. Rao has designed and assisted in implementing performance appraisal and other HRD Systems for a number of organizations in India and Abroad.
